How We Install Your Garage Floor
Preparation is everything. A coating is only as strong as what's underneath it, which is why we don't cut corners on surface prep.
Surface Grinding
We mechanically grind the concrete to open the surface, remove contaminants and give the epoxy something solid to bond to — far more effective than acid washing alone.
Crack and Pit Repair
Any damage in the slab gets filled and levelled during prep. We deal with the condition your floor is in, not the condition we'd like it to be in.
Epoxy Application
Base coat, flake or pigment broadcast, then built up to the specified system. Each layer is applied correctly and given the right cure time before the next goes down.
Clear Top Coat
A hard-wearing clear coat seals the finish and adds the final layer of protection. Ready for traffic within 24 to 72 hours, depending on conditions.
